The National Leadership Academy – The overall purpose of the Academy is to provide participants with valuable character education and leadership instruction.

The First Tee Open Selection – This is a process where participants compete to be eligible to play in The First Tee Open at Pebble Beach (Champions Tour event). This selection process is 60 percent life skills/interview and 40 percent golf skills.

RBS Achievers – This award is given to participants who have overcome challenges in their lives by upholding The First Tee Nine Core Values and have blossomed into capable individuals through The First Tee.

Future Leaders Forum – This is a three day expedition into the sport, business and science aspects of golf and it provides character education to help prepare participants to be leaders of the future.

The First Tee Scholars – The Scholars program is designed to identify and designate participants from a scholarly and leadership perspective while adding value for a variety of future career and college experiences. Being a First Tee Scholar deems eligibility for scholarship opportunities within and outside the First Tee Network.
